Born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Jhonatan's journey with the guitar began at age 11, fueled by the iconic riffs of Guitar Hero and the raw, electrifying heroics of Slash. That spark lit a fire that has only grown hotter over the seventeen years since. Somewhere along the way Avenged Sevenfold reshaped his musical DNA, and Synyster Gates became the guiding light for his craft.
Music isn't just a passion for him, it's a living, breathing part of who he is. He holds a deep appreciation for the full spectrum of sound, but his heart beats to the heavy, unfiltered pulse of metal, hard rock, and metalcore. Off the stage, that same high-octane drive carries into everything he does: chasing outdoor adventures, working out, traveling, a cold beer, and time with his family and three cats.
On stage, he brings a wild, relentless energy that's impossible to tame. He feeds off the crowd, loving nothing more than looking out into the audience, connecting with every single person, and making sure everyone is having the time of their lives. He lives to socialize, surrounding himself with good vibes, funny people, and genuine heart.
